All activities performed on ACARAT (searches, viewing records, updating or deleting records) are logged and may be used by an administrator to monitor a user’s work.

ACARAT will not share user information outside their platform except as and when required by law.

You may, at any time, request ACARAT administrators in writing to grant you access to view all your user information, specifically usage history and basic contact information. Users can also contact the ACARAT administrator to suggest corrections.

User details will be securely stored for the lifetime of the platform.
